Easy Quick Healthy Tip 18 – A Cold Shower

Don’t worry, the whole shower doesn’t have to be cold, in fact, it shouldn’t be but by turning your shower cold at least once (two or three times would be ideal if you can bear it), it really gets your body fired up.

It will stimulate your lymphatic system, which inturn will assist with detoxfication of the body and it will boost your immune system.

If you rinse your hair underneath the cold water after it has been washed and conditioned, it also closes all the hair folicles that hot water opens, leaving your hair looking silkier and shinier.  All round win win.
