Easy Quick Healthy Tip 14 – Watercress

As you know I am big on taking a normal meal / drink / snack and seeing how a little tweek could make it more healthy, well this is a great one that I found.  Add a little watercress to your juice when juicing.

Watercress is great at cleansing the liver and giving you more energy, and lets face it, who couldn’t do with more energy??!
